CD Layout Design

I made the dress and sword for this cover image because I was really inspired at the time by sci-fi and fantasy. I wanted to create this sort of anime-like apocalyptic warrior. I admit the photo isn't amazing quality because it was shot on my phone but with a lot of editing I like the way the colors came out and I think that it fits the aesthetic I was going for.

Funny enough, I took this photo of my hand when I was painting the walls of the room that is now my office/studio. I thought it looked really interesting. I threw it over a gradient and a photo of the moon. Then I added some textural elements like light flares and dust.

I had originally designed the heart with weapons to be my logo but decided it was too busy and didn't scale down very well so I used it as the CD artwork. I also filled it in with white to place as a smaller decal on the front and back covers.
